Hello Everyone, just doing a little update for all my followers and viewers. Haven't been able to make as many post as i would like, i started this project back when i had time off work and now I'm working on finding a balance between working on my blog and other commitments i have. Most people people think that blogging is just as easy as having a idea and writing a little blurb about it and that all you need to do. But there is much more work that goes into creating and running a successful blog then that, there this the task of driving traffic, getting and keeping viewers, and how to use social networking and other tools to get new viewers. Most people just don't understand the work that goes into running a web site whether its a blog or another site. I would love to turn this hobby into something i could do as a full time job, but i don't want to look at it as just a revenue source but as a way to provide information from my own perspective, i will be working on creating a more structured posting schedule on different topics and i thank all of you that have followed my blog and stuck with me during this learning time and hope you will stay with me as i shape my blog into a source of information for all thoughts like me.

So things are starting to pick up, Going back to the 9 to 5 day job. And have been working with some friends on marketing for a computer repair company, along with trying to drive traffic to this blog, It has been a lot of work trying to find out how to get new viewers and keeping old ones, I find my self spending hours a day working away on my laptop working for the views, but it looks like it is slowly working, just need to see how its going to go in the long run and try to get growth that will stay steady and bring return users.

Over the last few days I have come to the point were I have to many tweets coming in at the same time that using the web interface was not working for me any more, so I went out and downloaded TweetDeck so I had a stand alone program to manage all of the post coming in. Now it has been a long road to get everything working and I have finally come to the point that I can tell you guys about it. TweetDeck is nice that I can take the groups I have already set up and show each one in there own column so I can keep track of everything by a simple category, this lets me know that I'm reading my fellow blogger's tweets, or technology news. This has given me so many different options to go over all of the information that is being presented. But even though this new setup has let me actually go over all of the information it still has its draw backs, it dose not always load tweets right as they happen so you may be slightly behind, and it has had a few problems posting from the API. but as a viewer it is great that it gives me so many options to break down the information and go over it. I would recommend that my fellow blogger's give it a try.
So I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I use both Google Analytic's and bloggers built in version, and they never match up. I'm not sure witch one is correct, I find that bloggers stats seem like they group in days and its not completely accurate at tracking when a view happens. Anyone else notice this?

In today's fast past world technology is part of are everyday life, and that has become a problem to lawmakers and has changed how we interpret old laws that were put in place before technology was so main stream. I came across information about Netflix, and Facebook, and with the popularity of both services why has there been no app that combines the two services. And that all has to do with a very old law from the 1980's the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). This has to do with video service providers, disclosing its customers personally identifiable information. Under VPPA the customer must provide written consent for any information to be shared publicly. But Netflix has been able to make the system work for them, were there largest rival Hulu now has a Facebook app. It is unclear how they were able to get past VPPA but it could end up being a major blow to Netflix. Were this is just one case of a company trying to progress into markets that are still new to having this level of information being stored and shared and how are future legislator's interpret cases like this will effect how connected are daily life's will be.
When ever you go to any of your favorite sites, you are going to end up seeing ad's of some kind to help whoever is providing that service to you to pay for there overhead. Now I know that most people do not like to see pages filled with ad's, but if the layout and placement of the ad's is well thought out the everyday user will not be distracted from the sites true message because of ad's and this is what i think the best way to show ad's on your websites should be, they should not stick out and block your user from browsing your site but still in a position that will get them viewed and give your users a chance to check them out if there interested, but it should be clean and unobtrusive.

Hello, I created this blog to have some were to post while I'm working on building my own blogging solution, I like to have complete control of how my content is show, interacted with and stored. I currently am in the works of building my own site that will let me not only publish my projects, what I'm doing, my personal thoughts, but also be able to create my own digital place on the web, more then just the normal blogging experience. I have work on web design for years and have grown to like to have control of every aspect of a web site, witch is why traditional blogging or social networking sites are to watered down for me, i want to be able to customize every aspect and having my own personal site allows me that freedom. So here i am at the start of this mission and i have created this blog to have a place to share and contribute my thoughts and ideas while I'm working on various other projects.
